Booking with Karim
- Booking a class with Karim holds your spot for up to 12 hours while payment is arranged. If it is not confirmed in time, the spot is released.
- Payment is in cash for now. Private coaching rates are shared on request.
Cancellation
- You can cancel up to 8 hours before the class from the link in your confirmation. After that, please contact Karim on WhatsApp.
- Karim may cancel a class; everyone booked is told by email.
On the day
- No entry 7 minutes after the start, for your safety and the class flow.
- First-timers arrive 15 minutes early for a walkthrough of the machine.
Waitlist
When a full class has a free spot, the first person on the waitlist gets 2 hours to take it, then it goes to the next person.
Studio classes
Classes marked "At a studio" follow that studio's own booking and cancellation terms.
